Developed after years of experimentation with different speakers, cabinets, and configurations, Demeter finally settled on the three 10" configuration for it's definition and focus and the way the cabinet compliments our tube bass amps. The top speaker is a phase-aligned coaxial design with a center mounted tweeter for crisp highs and presence in the midrange. The cabinet is big enough to stand on it's own in larger venues and at higher volumes (handling up to 450 watts), but it's size and weight make it portable enough for smaller gigs.
3x10 Bass Speaker Cabinet. Big sound in a small package, punchy low end Jaco-like mid range, three 10 inch speaker drivers. The top speaker is a coaxial design with a center mounted tweeter crossed over at 3.5 KHz with user adjustable level control. Power handling capacity is 450 watts rms. Cabinet dimensions are 22W x 20.5H x 17D.
2x12x8 Bass Speaker Cabinet. Huge sound in a relatively small package, lush low end with a high fidelity studio sound. Two 12 inch bass drivers, an 8 inch coaxial mid-range driver crossed over at 250 Hz and a center mounted tweeter crossed over at 3.5 KHz user adjustable level control. Power handling capacity 400 watts rms. Cabinet dimensions are 22.75W x 22.5H x 17.5D.
